How we protect and use the information needed to provide the service.
Controller and scope
TaxiNexo processes personal data to quote, book, coordinate, pay for, perform and support private transfers. The controller’s legal identity, address and official contact channels must remain published and current on this page.
Data processed
Name, contact details, language, origin, destination, date, time, passengers, luggage, operational notes, booking code and status, payment and communications. Banking passwords and unnecessary information must never be requested.
Purposes and lawful basis
Data is used to answer requests, prepare quotes, manage bookings and payments, assign drivers, perform transfers, handle incidents, prevent fraud, meet legal duties and defend rights. Where consent is required, it must be freely given, informed, specific, unambiguous and withdrawable.
Recipients
Only those who need the data receive it: authorized operators, the assigned driver, and approved hosting, email, maps, messaging, payment and support providers. Drivers receive only the information needed to perform the service.
Retention and deletion
Data is kept only for the period needed for the stated purpose, legal duties, complaints and legal defense. TaxiNexo must apply documented retention, restriction and secure deletion periods.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, objection, temporary restriction and portability where applicable. Identity must be verified to prevent disclosure to third parties, and requests must be logged and answered within the applicable legal period.
Security and confidentiality
TaxiNexo applies minimization, role-based access, two-step authentication, encryption in transit, audit logs, backups, session controls, incident management and confidentiality duties. No system removes all risk; incidents will be handled under applicable law.
Automated decisions and analytics
TaxiNexo must not make legally significant decisions based solely on automated processing without applicable safeguards. Analytics will be limited to what is necessary, and non-essential trackers will not be enabled without a valid basis.
International transfers
Some technology providers may process information outside Chile. TaxiNexo must document the provider, country, purpose, safeguards and applicable legal mechanism before enabling such processing.
Updates and contact
This policy must be reviewed when purposes, providers or laws change. Use TaxiNexo’s official channels to exercise rights or report a security incident.
